Once you have collected your oral history interview(s) and are ready to submit your files to the Archives, please fill out the Collections template form (link below).

You may submit your story and supporting documentation in one of two ways:

Files can be submitted to us on a USB stick by mail or in person, or shared via a Cloud (Google Drive or One Drive for example).
